Inflexibility can greatly impede your progress in pole. We cannot stress any further the importance of stretching to improve overall mobility, increase range of movement as well as prevent injuries.
Come stretch with us if you find it difficult to commit to a regular stretching routine. What’s more, the classes will be conducted by an ex-cheerleader and gymnast who has vast experience in improving flexibility for herself and others.
