Intermediate Tide 3(Starts 9 Jan 22, Mon 7.15pm, 8 wks)[V]
Congratulations on getting so far in your pole journey! Push on and impress yourself and your friends as you perform more sophisticated moves with grace and fluidity. Routines now involve more complicated inversions like shoulder mounts and the start of 2 point contact moves. Aerial inverts combined with tricks higher up the pole.
