Advance Tide 2 (Starts 7 Jan 23 every Sat 3.45pm, 8 wks) [Y]
This course is by invite only! Of course, being strong is only part of the requirements of being a pole dancer, flexibility and grace are equally important too! Tricks at this level require a combination of the both. Not for the faint hearted, the course involves moves such as the Russian split, iron x and janerio.
