In this conditioning-based class, Rehab Specialist Cae will share powerful ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY stretches and how to perform them with precise technique, putting your strength to flexibility ratio in equilibrium. Not only this will bulletproof your injuries, it will also allow you to generate more power efficiently on the pole, making inverts and pole tricks look effortless
To reinforce muscle memory, you will apply techniques learnt into a short CHOREOGRAPHY, working out your lines and waves too.
1st week – Middle Splits & Inverts
2nd week – Front Splits & Jade
3rd week – Backbends & Shouldermounts
4th week – Surprise!
Multi-level class (Beginners welcomed). Also recommended for advanced polers who wish to strengthen their foundation.
