Beginner Courses
Beginner Mini Term
You’re new to pole dancing? Great! Here is the course for you! Through a simple routine, you will learn basic pole spins, how to efficiently climb and sit on the pole. At the end of the course, you should feel your body becoming leaner in preparation for what is to come in Beginner tide.
Note this course is compulsory if you are completely new to pole.

Beginner Tide
Through this course, you get to really feel the pole and understand basic moves which form the basis of higher level tricks. Pole climbs, sits, layback, handstands, spins and basic inverts will be incorporated into a dance routine.

Beginner Techniques
An open class with differentiated instruction, focusing on tricks for beginners wishing to advance to intermediate. A good progression class for those who have completed the Beginner Tide 1 Mini-term. We will focus on pole climbs, sits, layback, elbow stands, and inverts. Tricks taught may also extend to selected tricks from Intermediate tide 1 depending on poler’s progress.

Intermediate Tide 1
Feel the music and express yourself as you twirl around a spinny pole. In this pole course, you will learn to invert from the ground into a spin, on both left and right sides of the pole, ensuring equal development of strength on both sides of your body. You would be comfortable with both inside and outside leg hangs at this level and move on to aerial moves which build the foundation for transitions into higher level tricks.

Intermediate Tide 2
Congratulations on getting this far in your pole dancing journey! Push on and impress yourself and your friends as you perform more sophisticated moves with grace and fluidity. Routines now involve tricks much higher on the pole with spin climbs into aerial inverts. Imagine moves that will transform yourself into a butterfly resting on a branch or a dragon wrapped around a branch.

Intermediate Tide 3
You will pick up familiar tricks here performed by your favourite pole idols. Think jade splits, allegra, ayesha and the likes. Through a routine, you not only learn the moves, you’ll also pick up transitions between tricks to ensure a well-rounded performance.

Brush up your repertoire of Pole transitions and combinations in this open class!
In this course, you will learn various transitions and combinations that are not commonly taught in class.
Meant for levels intermediate 2 and up, these single sessions will leave you ready to create your own freestyling to your favorite song!
Requirement: Strong aerial inverts.

Intermediate Lyrical Term
Learn beautiful lyrical routines over 8 weeks combined with intermediate level combos. Suitable for pole dancers Intermediate Tide 3 and above.

Learn an exotic pole dance routine with heart racing choreography that involves exotic pole techniques. Suitable for Intermediate and above pole dancers.

Advanced Courses
Advanced Tide 1
Hey sexy, you have probably well-developed muscles by now and are strong enough to start on tricks which require you to support your weight solely on your arms such as twisted grip Ayesha and handsprings.
This course will bring you to greater heights than ever before. Basically, you learn some more tricks that you can see your favorite idols doing. You are a pole star. You can be considered competition ready upon graduation from this course, with so many tricks and transitions under your belt.

Advanced Tide 2
Of course, being strong is only part of the requirements of being a pole dancer, flexibility and grace are equally important too!
Tricks at this level require a combination of the both. Not for the faint hearted, the course involves moves such as the Russian split, iron x and janerio.

Ground Inversions
You will learn techniques and conditioning for various ground inversions in this class.
No pole required, Please bring your own Yoga Mat.
Hot Heels
Turn up the heat in an hour long routine based pole class with sass and heels. Suitable for all levels, learn to move fluidly while dancing on the pole.

Exotic
Exotic dance moves with the Goddess-like Melissa Mommo.
Every 3rd Friday of the month. Minimum 4 pax to start the class. Galore passes not applicable for this class.
Pole dance choreography – Lowflow
Lowflow choreography is all about the dance, floorwork and movement around the pole. Sand’s Galore passes not applicable for this class.
